I can't believe that it's almost September! Where has the summer gone? I'm registered in school this fall and my classes start in 2 days! Two days! I totally lost track of time and now I'm rushing around the local art supply stores to get my supplies, trying to buy a laptop, and spending way more time on the computer to iron out all of the details. Details that I could have handled weeks ago. Why do I do this? Hmm...maybe I just like the excitement of a little stress. Ironically, most of my paintings are of peaceful places. Perhaps that's why I enjoy painting them so much. It's a way to sort of "get away" from the craziness of life.Chilly Morning
