Clouds this year....

You may have noticed that I've got several cloud paintings this year. I just LOVE painting clouds and the late spring, early summer paintings have a ton of them. If I could only choose one thing to paint, I think I would choose early morning, or evening clouds. You never know what you're going to get and I'm never disappointed.

This little 4 x 6 inch oil painting is available for sale this week on ebay, by clicking the link at the above right.

Where did May go?

Am I the only one who can't believe it's May 23rd?! I'm not complaining, I'm just surprised! I'm glad finals are over (A- on my still life...yeah!), I had a crazy busy week last week and I survived, and my daughter had surgery today and came thru with flying colors. (Thank you Lord!!) So, yes, I'm glad to be starting out a new week, but I can't believe it's nearly June!! Everyone says times seems to go faster as you get older. I guess they're right! Happy Monday everyone!!

This little 5 x 7 oil painting I call "Greener Pastures" is currently available on ebay. To see all the paintings I have up for auction this week, click on the link at the above right.

Rain, rain, rain!!!

It has been raining like crazy here! I think we're like 11 inches ABOVE normal. It's a good time for some still life work. I thought I would post a few wip photos of this fun little one from a week or two ago. I've been calling it Skulls And Roses. I've really got a thing for teacups these days. I don't drink tea, so I've no idea why! LOL!

The landscape will be available for sale on ebay after 4/28/2011.

Thank you everyone!!

Thank you so much everyone for your concerns about the car wreck. We're hanging in there. I've got a really nasty bruise on my arm, but it is getting better! I've been feeling some pain on one side of my neck, but I'm hoping that will go a way in the next week.

This little painting makes me a bit homesick for Kentucky. Just a couple more weeks, then we'll be back! You wouldn't think it, but there are many of these little vistas that can be seen as you drive in Southern Kenton County. I can't wait to put the top down on my Miata and soak in some of the spring countryside again!!!

For this or other paintings I have available for sale on ebay, click on the link at the above right.
